Jen is a wealth of knowledge. She completed her 200 hour with Prana Power Yoga and went on to teach hundreds of hours of group classes. She later continued on to do her 300 hour at the Sacred Seeds School of Yoga under the guidance of Jacqui Bonwell. She has also worked extensively with Johnny Gillespie and is Balanced Athlete certified and an instructor of Balanced Athlete classes. Jen has extensive knowledge of the body and how it performs in yoga and brings stability, strength and safety to all her classes and teachings.
