Johnny Gillespie is a revolutionary teacher of human movement. He regularly speaks across the country on topics of mindfulness in fitness, holistic health, and more. Johnny is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) at the 500-hour level through Yoga Alliance.
He is a graduate of the school of physical education at West Virginia University and has been studying human movement since 1991.
