Baby and Me Yoga (newborns to crawlers)

 

Friday 11:45-12:45pm

Baby and Me Yoga is an hour to relax and unwind with your baby. This class helps moms make the gradual transition back into fitness after giving birth. Class begins with an opening check in and gentle breathing techniques to relax the body, clear the mind, and calm the energy in the room, letting your baby relax as well. Asana will focus on re gaining core strength, chest openers; shoulder/back/neck stretches for mom/caregivers, and gentling stretching for baby. Class will end with restorative poses and mediation. Meditations will allow moms to cultivate a safe space in the mind that can become a sanctuary and relive stress.

February 16th-March 23rd

Price: $99 for the series, $18 drop in if space allows
