A fun and mindful workout for the whole family! Learn the basics of yoga to calm the body and clear the mind, all while bonding and having fun with your little one. We will begin with an opening check in, beginner Pranayama breathing techniques, move on to warm up stretches, Asana (poses), creative yoga games, and a short closing mediation. This engaging workshop incorporates movement and mindfullness games, group exercises, and partner yoga with your child! There will be an emphasis on ways to calm down and relax when we feel angry of scared. We will also focus on being kind to ourselves and people around us. Learning mindful awareness at an early age can help reduce stress and anxiety for your child and you!

$30 for parent/child pair $10 for each additional parent or child from the same family
