Going upside down can seem like a daunting, nearly unattainable aspect of one's yoga practice, but with mindful preparation and the right tools, inversions will start to feel empowering, safe, and strong. In this workshop, we'll look at forearm balance in great detail, and we'll have ample time to strengthen and open the part of the body that are involved in this fun, challenging pose. We'll use blocks, straps, the wall, and even partner assists to make forearm balance safer and more accessible for all. if you've always wanted to learn this pose but feel like you never have time to even attempt it in 60 and 75 minute classes, this workshop is for you!
