Power Up, Stretch Out, Wind Down with Linda Spolidoro This 2 hour class is designed to give you the best of both worlds, combining an intensely challenging 75 minutes of powering up, followed by 45 minutes of slowing down. Linda will lead you through a hot, fast-paced power flow designed to challenge you both physically and energetically—think heart pumping sun-salutations, arm balances, advanced poses and inversions, followed by some longer held, deep stretches and restorative poses. Class will conclude with a grounding meditation and a much anticipated savasana.You will leave feeling strong, balanced, and restored.
