Patty is a passionate student and teacher of yoga, health and nutrition. She is a former marathon
runner/trainer who has been enjoying practicing yoga for 8 years. As a mom and corporate executive, studying for her MBA, she was seeking a way to relieve stress. Originally drawn to study Bikram Yoga, she continued to explore other types of yoga. Five years ago she discovered Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and has been hooked on it ever since.

She has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Power Vinyasa Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste and is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor. She is also a certified Health Counselor through Integrative Nutrition in New York City and a Certified Yoga Life Coach through Debbie Williamson. She continues to transform her life and her teaching by taking workshops and additional trainings all over the world.
Patty has taught classes at Baptiste Power Institute in Cambridge, MA, Balanced Health in Boston, MA, Open Doors in Cambridge, MA. and NAMO in Cambridge, MA. While guiding the students through their physical practice, Patty encourages them to take their "yoga off their mat and into their lives". Through verbal cues and hands on assists, all- levels of students learn the fundamentals of safety, breathe, balance, strength, flexibility, flow and presence. They are empowered with these tools to translate the yoga practice into creating healthy relationships and gratifying lives.
