However, finding the courage to go upside down can be exhilarating and will change your perspective, metaphorically and literally. Join Linda for a fun, fearless, and totally supportive workshop exploring inversions. You’ll learn both proper form and technique, as well as how to build and summon the strength necessary to approach inversions safely and successfully. Focus will be on basket headstand, tripod headstand, handstand, forearm balance and crow variations.
